Expect Theatre produces inter-disciplinary performances that explore modern urban life while educating and entertainomg.

They also host the urbanNOISE inner-city urban arts festival designed to make noise against violence in the City of Toronto (first one held in Rexdale in 2006), which fuses popular hip hop culture with social activism to examine and eliminate the crime taking place in neighbourhoods across the city.
