Offices are open Monday to Thursday: 10am - 5pm and Friday: 10am - 4pm. Equity Showcase Theatre was founded in 1960 to encourage and develop any and all arts and techniques of the theatre and create opportunities for theatre artists. Since 1978, EST has provided professional training and development opportunities, culminating in showcases in the 200 seat theatre. Performance Spaces are available for rehearsals, workshops, and presentations in several configurations. Lighting and sound are available and design, production & FOH services also available.

The main Auditorium is a huge, unobstructed 40' w. x 70' l., gently raked space with a 30'w. x 23' deep proscenium stage, a narrow balcony and a piano. We employ flexible seating and can create several different configurations for performance. 200 seats maximum. Lighting and Sound available.
The Guild Room is a large, 30'w. x 34' l., charming upstairs room with soaring 12'h. windows, hardwood Error! Hyperlink reference not valid.floors, a piano, a small 5'4" deep x 17'4'' w. platform stage and a central pillar. Small Sound system available. 50 seats maximum due to the pillar.
The Camera Room is a lower floor, good sized, unobstructed 30' w. x 35' l., 9'3" h. carpeted room with a piano. Sound system available.
The Lower Hall is the very large basement of the Auditorium with an unobstructed 40 w. x 70' l. tiled floor and a ceiling height of between 10 and 14' with a piano. Sound system available.
The Apartment Studio is an intimate upstairs room that is 12'w. x 32' l. with a 9' ceiling.
