This Berkeley Street Theatre Complex heritage site, an abandoned Consumer's Gas pumping station nicknamed "The Gas Works", was converted to 2 theatre spaces and a courtyard (operated by CanStage). The Downstairs Theatre seats 240 (including 48 in the balcony), the Upstairs Theatre studio seats 100.
